personal training

Personal training is a session designed independently for you to be taught by a fitness coach. You can have a personal programme designed to suit your specific needs. Some areas may include:

  • weight loss
  • body toning
  • nutritional diet advice
  • fitness increase
  • weighted exercise / exercise using dumbells

Each person is different which is why personal training is so individual. It is designed for you to have specific time with your personal fitness trainer one to one, with the focus just on you, without any distraction.

With these sessions, optimum results can be achieved. With you and your trainer working together, you can train as often as 3 times a week with a personal trainer, or if you would prefer just a weekly session.
